Q: Is there a PS3/PS4/Mobile/PSP/Xbox version for PBA 2K?
A: PBA 2K is for PC only. It is not available on any other platform.
Q: Do I need to pay for PBA 2K?
A: No, this is a free-to-download PC add-on for NBA 2K14.
Q: Is there a CD/DVD-ROM for PBA 2K?
A: No, it is only available through download.
Q: Do I need NBA 2K14 to run PBA 2K?
A: Yes. It will not work on older games (NBA 2K13 & older) and newer games (NBA 2K15 & newer).
Q: Will there be PBA 2K17 for NBA 2K17 on PC?
A: No, modding for NBA 2K17 right now is very limited, thus PBA 2K17 cannot be done.
Q: What files do I need to download?

Q: How do I download and install these files?

Q: Is PBA 2K available on Torrent?
A: Not right now, no.
Q: Is PBA 2K compatible with Med's NBA Rosters, FIBA 2K and Kuroko V Slam Dunk?
A: Yes, all of the mods from the Medevenx series are compatible. However, installing the Optional Files will replace your NBA 2K14/FIBA 2K files so be sure to back those up!
Q: What is the difference between rosters?
A: Please refer to the Features section.
Q: Why are there mixed PBA/UAAP/NCAA teams in the Playoffs?
A: The PBA only has 12 teams, the UAAP has 8 teams and the NCAA has 10 teams and there is a need for 16 teams to complete the Playoffs.
Q: When is the next update?
A: Unless stated otherwise, there is no expected time of arrival for updates.
Q: When will there be Filipino commentators?
A: It is not possible for us to modify those audio files.
Q: Why do the commentators mention the jersey number of the player?
A: The last name of the player is not available in the audio directory for NBA 2K14 and cannot be added otherwise.
Q: Why are the roster stats taken as 2013-2014?
A: Player stats for the season are still taken as 2013-2014. PBA Draft is still called 2013 NBA Draft despite being updated. This is due to the game engine designed for the 2013-2014 season to begin with.
Q: Are the rosters up-to-date?
A: Yes, PBA, NCAA and UAAP rosters are updated with the latest official rosters.
Q: What is the difference between Regular Rosters and Fictional Home Court Rosters?
A: The Fictional Home Court Rosters have fictional home courts activated for the PBA teams while the Regular Rosters have the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Mall of Asia Arena, and other regular arenas assigned to the PBA teams.
Q: What is the difference between With Signature Skills and Without Signature Skills?
A: Signature Skills are boosts to the player ratings that changes the gameplay drastically. My personal preference is having no signature skills, while others prefer having signature skills. Ultimately, it is up to you.
Q: Why is this player not in the rotation for this team?
A: The rotations are based on the last game the team has played in real life.
Q: Why is it that in the next season of MyCareer/Association, the schedule has been mixed?
A: It is no longer possible to have only PBA vs PBA schedules because of the addition from 10 teams to 12 teams in the PBA. Thus, a detailed explanation is in the Features section.
Q: What's new with the latest update?
A: There is a comprehensive changelog linked in every update that list the changes since the previous version.
Q: What if I skip an update?
A: We no longer support skipping updates so if you have skipped an update, please re-download the Full Packs to make sure you have the latest version of PBA 2K.
Q: Which scoreboard should I use?
A: You should choose whichever scoreboard fits the resolution of your computer.
Q: What is a major update?
A: Major Updates are large updates in the whole numbers of the versions (ie. v4.0 to v5.0 etc.) where you need to download all the new files in the Download Links that will be updated when the time comes.
Major Updates include new Appdata Files, Main Directory Files, Logos & Scoreboards, Optional Files.
Q: What is a minor update?
A: Minor Updates are small roster updates in the decimal numbers of the versions (ie. v4.0 to v4.1 to v4.2, etc.) where you only need to download the Appdata Files since these contain the roster files are the only files being updated.
Minor Updates include only new Appdata Files.
Q: What is the Cyberface ID (png number) for this player?
A: Please refer to the Universal Cyberface ID List used for PBA 2K.
Q: Where are the updates for v2.0 and v3.0?
A: Due to the previous hiatus of Medevenx, a different party produced v2.0 and v3.0 but not to worry, there is no need to download the updates for v2.0 and v3.0.
Q: I am experiencing blank jerseys/black courts/missing heads in my game, why?
A: You are most likely missing some cyberfaces/courts/jerseys. To be absolutely sure, we recommend that you download the full packs.
Q: I am experiencing broken jerseys (blank tops) in my game despite complete files, why?
A: You must have downloaded a bad tight jersey mod. To fix this, please download a much improved tight jersey mod here.
